rate your site. This will be ran a little different
than the other website competitions.
We will be allowing up to 5
email addresses per isp. Just so that you will know
we do track isp's to stop the chance of
someone stuffing the ballot boxes. This will insure that all
who participate will have an equal chance. This will allow other
users from the same house hold to vote for your site.

After your application has been
accepted, your selected Team's Leader

will contact you with a Welcome email and you will, at that time,
be requested to supply the names and email addresses of
family and/or friends using your IP address who
will also be voting for your site. Remember, you are permitted to have
only five (5) additional addresses at your IP address.

No one under the age of 13 allowed to enter competition without the express
written permission of their parent or guardian. No exceptions.
